Dieting is for losers! Are you addicted to diets?

Millions of us are still struggling to lose fat, trying one new diet after another, new diet pills, prescription pills, or the latest exercise CD packed with killer stars. What we must remember is that we are all built differently, not only on the outside but also chemically, on the inside. And at the end of the day, while most of us might have had success with our fabulous new diet for a while, others are busily regaining their weight, maybe even more. Why? Because we have to stop dieting! Diet is making us fatter. Dieting is for losers! Is it possible that we like to keep hitting our self esteem? or are we addicted to diet?

Try Dr. Atkins in high school, the grapefruit diet, the cabbage soup diet (can’t believe I saw a recipe today for the cabbage soup diet), the salad only diet, even hunger. Detoxifying our body with pills to cleanse our colon, but at the same time diuretics are eliminating vital fluids. Hunger never worked for anyone and is still as dangerous as before.

Some of us got into real trouble, maybe even near death, and we had no choice but to go for the most dangerous surgery or we could die. We can staple the stomach or even remove the fat. These procedures are dangerous, invasive, and extremely painful. It is not a good fat solution for those of us who still have some control over our own fat loss. Unless our life is in imminent danger, we had better take a hard look at what it is that we are really trying to achieve. Always remember that obesity could be our own death sentence.

If obesity is not what affects us, many other diseases or illnesses caused by obesity, such as diabetes, heart disease or cancer, will. The list is long and just as deadly. It is a disgusting vicious cycle that we are addicted to. We keep chasing our dreams and goals down a rabbit hole, right after all our hard earned money. As a society today, we have been trained like rats to chase after the next biggest and best name for weight loss, no matter the cost.

When we hear the sound of a new pill with ingredients from some distant country that has just hit the market, we should try it because it makes us the promise that we could lose weight without exercising. Even Dr. Oz has put his name on the latest and greatest pill that already has millions chasing it.

At the age of 56, I already had a hysterectomy, had my thyroid removed, and last year my gallbladder was emergency removed. So I wonder if I am in the worst shape of all to be able to lose weight. The hormones we are supposed to have working for us to lose a pound? Mine are gone. I can tell you with certainty that I will need a great deal of help to lose the extra 80 pounds I need to lose. Obviously I will need outside help for which I must insist that it be in the form of organic compounds that support natural weight loss.

You can imagine the relief I felt when I read “Stop dieting, diet is for losers, diet just doesn’t work anymore, or are you addicted to diet?” I no longer felt like a failure. Interestingly, my new doctor asked me this very question the other day, the one about diet addiction and weight loss!

It is important that our body and brain feel satiated, satisfied, full, happy after having eaten. We should have those feelings until our next meal. Without those specific feelings, we are doomed to fail over and over again. Without those feelings of satisfaction, feelings of being absolutely full, we will be back in the pantry pouring food down the old esophagus. It’s not a pretty picture, I know.

Today, I know that the only thing that made me gain weight was the diet. Unknowingly, I kept flipping the switch when on a diet. Knowing that many scientists, doctors, specialists, and anyone else involved in the weight loss industry, they are all well aware that dieting makes you fat! Not only me. But we are all fat because we follow their recommendations! “Take this pill and you can eat what you want, when you want, and you won’t even have to exercise”? Do you really believe that statement? I have a bridge and an island in New York to sell you very cheap if you believe it even for a moment.

What have these people done to people like us? It makes me so mad, and it makes me mad like a wet chicken. I sure hope you feel the same. How much weight have you been able to maintain? These people know that diet is making us fat! I know how I feel about it; What do you think of the fact that these industries that claim to help us are the same people who keep pushing us all kinds of dietary crap? I tell you here now that diet is for losers! When my new doctor asked me “are you addicted to diet”? I honestly didn’t know what to say.

I’ve invested so much money in doctors, drug companies, bookstores, magazine distributors, even movie stars and fitness gurus. All the big industries that make millions of dollars every year with millions of you and me, looking for that next secret sauce diet.

More good news? There is no secret diet, there is no special sauce, and there is no secret sauce “diet”; the diet does not work. Stop dieting now, do it today. We are killing ourselves with diets. You and I; We need to do more like change our entire lifestyle! Starting with how we eat.

Enough is enough! Are we willing to accept the reality of how we can change our situation? Just do it and enjoy it, let it be something fun, make it happen and stop stressing about it! I just started myself and it’s pretty easy because there is no more stress in my life. I’m not on a diet anymore and I don’t have to diet anymore! I just changed my whole eating pattern. Now is your turn!

The best and only way to lose weight is to make sure we eat; fill our tummy with real, full food. Don’t get up in the morning and fill up on cereal, wheat, puffed rice, toast, pancakes, waffles, not even milk-based products! It’s nothing more than a protein-rich breakfast and lunch. The type of protein you eat also makes a big difference, so don’t run out of protein powder at your local grocery store!

Your dinner should be massive protein and slow carbs. This can be really delicious and it doesn’t have to be boring, boring, or ugly. Have a glass of red wine with dinner if you wish. Good luck and good eating.
