Eat Tasty Fatty Foods and Lose Fat and Calories: A Guacamole Recipe

I’m from Israel and I grew up on a Mediterranean diet that included a lot of guacamole, hummus dip, and whatnot. Guacamole is made from avocados, and avocados are fat. Healthy fat that is. I didn’t like avocados as a kid, but then as I got older I liked them more and now I can literally live on them.

Many people try to lose weight. I think the correct term for that is losing fat instead of weight because the process includes burning fat and calories and building muscle so that muscle mass makes up for the loss of fat that can at some point make you weigh more. But hey, that’s okay because you get leaner and healthier, which is what matters.

Here are the two guacamole recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 big fat clove of garlic (yum, your wife or husband would love to kiss you after eating so much garlic)
  • 1 medium size lemon, never use store made lemon juice as it lost all its nutritional value long ago.
  • salt and pepper

After cutting it into two halves, use a fork to poke the avocado flesh out of its skin and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Mince the garlic with a wide-bladed knife. Please do your health a favor and don’t buy ready minced garlic from the store because it again lost all its nutritional value about an hour after it was packaged. In addition, it is no longer tasty.

Slicing a garlic clove is easy: first slice the clove on a cutting board, then slice it again into the flat slices you just created. Then you turn the sliced ​​garlic over and chop it finely. Once this is done, use the side of the knife (the wide blade) to crush the minced garlic by pressing as hard as you can several times until juice comes out.

You are ready to mix it with the avocado puree. Cut the lemon in two halves and squeeze the juice minus the seeds into the mixture, then add salt and pepper to taste. There you have the definitive guacamole for a healthy and tasty snack.
