Quality of education and recruiters

I studied engineering at Shivaji University, which is now a renowned university, but at the time I was growing up, the engineering students at this university were ridiculed for their lack of knowledge and ability. Generally, the headhunter recruiting process places an overwhelming emphasis on the final interview to decide the fortunes of a new candidate. This was unfair to candidates from smaller cities as their English was not up to par and despite being fluent engineers and qualifying through rigorous testing, they were rejected in the interview. This thinking of recruiters to select the best of equals was clearly flawed. I agree that when the candidates are almost equal in their qualifications, knowledge and skills, there must be some criteria to select a candidate, right? Proper speaking skills are needed even for engineering jobs, but my English speaking skills in deciding my chances of landing an engineering job are really ridiculous. Now that I have become a writer, my chances are really good, right? It’s a prank!

Similar faulty procedures that exist in various fields must be corrected for various citations. There are many types of general jobs such as government jobs, private jobs, and charity jobs, etc. All these jobs will have different requirements, facilities offered and remuneration. But no one says this on any show that I know of. Why are students not officially hinted that they will be faced with this environment and that they should know about it? The reality is that they find out, but this inclusion in my curriculum makes it a quality education for me especially when you are opting for professional courses.

Education cannot be just practical or theoretical when a student enters school at a young age. It should be such that all students have equal opportunities to understand, interpret and, most importantly, execute what they have learned. You have to be fun and disciplined in your approach. The person who imparts this education must have a personality that the children would like to be with. We already have a lot of stress in our lives and we have to reduce it. So, start with the new generation. Teach them the importance of breathing fresh air first. Then, if necessary, they will learn about technology. Everything is here, there is no need to despair to learn and use it.

Remember that there are now a number of great career opportunities, such as professional sports, art, event management, even agriculture, and more. So, parents who are preparing for the education of their children should calm down a bit. It is the child who receives the education and not you. People often talk about the days gone by and want to go back. Do you wonder why? Mechanization has slowly but surely slowed down the importance of developing human qualities. Remember that the child has to have several options available when he is about 15 years old. That is when you will realize what you would like to do with your future. So education must have supported you in such a way that you know all the options at that time. Well, at least reasonably. A meaningless emphasis on formal education induces stress and boredom in the minds of young people after a while.

I know we will probably have an entrepreneur open an event management course and earn even more money. Why isn’t the government doing it with taxpayer money? That is a good investment. The pursuit of a world-class education is not possible for everyone. The Indian education system has to develop mainly study programs that will eventually be useful for the Indian environment. Find new job opportunities, especially in the agricultural sector, and develop students with college-level information. Homeschooling is different too and a kind of “old is gold” concept. Trade schools, online education, etc. are some of the different modes of education available, which is great.

I was in Australia for a while. A subway job like Adelaide probably paid me around AUD 15 per hour. If I went to a smaller town like Naracoorte, the same job would give me AUD 17. Why? They are trying to shift the large influx of job seekers from the cities to smaller towns where they could earn more money and live a peaceful life. It’s a win-win situation. More money, less expenses, all the facilities and a long, quiet life. City dwellers, don’t they want that? Are you kidding me !! Anyway, the point is that such clever government initiatives make alternative lifestyles more attractive when you finish school. Therefore, these updates should be officially available to students during professional courses. That is quality education. Not how many hours I spent at the desk. Why should a person be required to work 12 hours a day unless there is something serious in my work system? Now if a student is from such a university / organization that goes to all these hassles, I will give them preference as a recruiter. Definitely requested opinions !!
