4 exercises to build a sexy chest

It is 100% absolutely true; you can build a sexy chest without surgery.

There are myths floating around about women and chest training, everything from chest training will make your breasts disappear to chest training will dramatically increase the size of your breasts.

Both myths are just that, myths.

I am going to tell you how you can build a beautiful and sexy chest with simple weight training tactics that can be implemented just once a week in less than 15 minutes.

First, let me tell you why those myths are myths.

Busting the chest training and the myth of the contraction of the breasts:

Weight training cannot and will not cause your breasts to shrink. Breast tissue is made up of fatty tissue. Burning body fat will result in a smaller breast size.

Weight training builds lean muscle tissue. Adding strength training builds the underlying pectoral muscle and will add more shape to your upper body, creating those sexy, alluring curves.

To put it bluntly, the only way to lose breast size is to lose a lot of body fat.

Busting the Myth of Chest Training and Breast Swelling:

Weight training will not make your breasts double in size. Weight training builds the underlying muscle beneath the fatty tissue of the breast. Muscle is lean and dense, fat is bulky and soft.

The muscle tissue added to your chest area will be lean and dense, giving your chest its shape. The added muscle tissue can give your breasts the lift and benefit they need.

Simply put, a good chest workout program will add a beautiful shape and stunning high neckline to make you look elegant in that sexy dress.

Now that I’ve got the nagging myths out of the way, let’s discuss a good chest program to pay attention to hot body results.

Bench press

The bench press is the core exercise for the pectoral muscle. When you do the flat bench press (with barbell, dumbbells, or machine), you are exercising the entire pectoral muscle as a unit.

It is important that you build your bench press flat because a strong chest will help you in other exercises.

incline press

The incline press is another core movement for the chest. The incline press shifts more stress to the upper chest, enhancing the cleavage.

One small advantage with the incline dumbbell press is that you can get on an adjustable incline bench and change the angle for each set or each workout. The higher you set the incline, the more your upper chest will work.

chest bottoms

One overlooked chest exercise is chest dips. Probably the reason this excellent exercise is left out is because it requires brute force to execute.

If you’re a beginner or have never tried dips before, many gyms have assisted dip machines that allow anyone of any fitness level to perform dips.

Ideally, you want to get to a point where you can freestyle chest dips for better chest development.

chest flies

The chest fly is an isolation exercise that puts tension on the inner chest.

The chest fly can be used in a number of ways. The basic one is the flying machine (pec deck). Another way to do an open chest is with dumbbells, which allows you to target the upper inner, mid inner, or lower chest area, depending on how you set up the incline bench.
