Approached by a rapist? Tips on prevention and remedies

Greetings to all. I know this is a topic no woman (or man) would want to find themselves on, but let’s face it, this could happen to anyone! In general, the most prepared people are able to bear this crime and at least experience it, even if they are physically and mentally damaged. A reader of my books asked me to write another article about rapists and how women can protect themselves, hence this article.

First, there is no way one can ensure that this will never happen to them. We all live in a society where criminals and serial killers stalk and seek targets! But there are a few things you can do that might “minimize” this from happening to you! So please follow these tips, practice them, and reduce your chances of being raped!

First of all, 8 preventive measures:

1) Always be aware of your surroundings, especially parking garages, desolate parking areas, parks and walking trails (serial killers especially frequent walking trails), and parking lots of stores that close late at night .

2) Every time you get in your vehicle, take a look at your back seat.

3) If you live alone, place a pair of men’s shoes or something men’s outside on your back porch or patio. Be innovative, wear whatever you say to a rapist,” she’s not alone.”

4) Upon entering your resident (for those without an alarm), leave the door open momentarily and visually see if something is out of place or if intruders have entered. An example, check your windows, back door, etc. Don’t close the door until you know it’s safe! As you check, be prepared to run away if necessary.

5) If you live in a resident where you have to take a long walk to retrieve the mail in the driveway, etc., always lock the door, even for a minute.

6) Never open the door to a technician saying that he is there to fix something. If you didn’t call him, he assumes the worst. Even after he leaves, check with the company to make sure he was telling the truth. You may try to rape your neighbor.

7) If you ever walk to your vehicle in a desolate parking lot, etc., and notice a flat tire, return immediately and get help at your nearby office or store ( the rapist often punctures your tires on purpose and when you arrive they will try to ask you if you need help ). Also, be careful if you see a van parked next to your vehicle in parking lots.

8) Never jog or walk alone on trails or at night. Doing so will increase your chances of being raped!

Someone is trying to rape you!

1) Use your screams, nails (DNA can be retrieved later) and anything to get out of it. Go for the eyes and groin first. If you connect with his snout area, believe me, he’s finished!

2) If he somehow immobilizes or incapacitates you with a good grip, tell him you have a serious venereal disease, like syphilis or something else. Please note: I do not mean to belittle or ridicule those who actually suffer from these diseases, but my point is to do or say anything to stop the attack. (To those currently suffering from these diseases, I wish you good luck and recovery.) My point is just to do what you can to escape the attack.

3) If he really tries to get inside you, or you feel like you can’t fight him anymore due to his strength, then you have another good chance to escape.

Immediately calm down and tell him that you will not resist. Make it clear that after you’re done, you can be on your way. However, this is your scheme, “you actually want to see his intimacy, to the point that you must grab him and with all your might and spin him, hard. Don’t pull, but spin hard. He will release you with severe pain, and would experience , if done correctly, nerve damage for life!

Now, if all else fails and you get raped, remember this. Do not bathe or clean the area. Call the police immediately so they can administer a rape test kit. This will give them the DNA profile that can be matched to a suspect when placed in the CODIS system. CODIS stands for “Combined DNA Index System.” CODIS will most likely “hit” the person back. “See, many rapists have already raped before he raped you.” At least this person can be arrested and made to pay!

As I said at the beginning, avoiding rape, like other crimes, requires preparation. Know in advance how you will handle different situations before they occur.

These are just a few suggestions. I have published two books called COP OUT and Legal Minds, which explore in detail many other ways one can prevent rape, as well as robbery, theft, etc.

Be careful ladies, and know this, as you read this someone, maybe even a serial killer, could be lurking nearby! Oh, lest I forget, I’m proud to announce that some COP OUT proceeds are donated to women’s rape centers., as well as other centers of abuse of women!
