If you’re looking to truly transform your body and elevate your personal level of functional performance, you need to learn how to manipulate your strength workouts to be hard-hitting cardio sessions at the same time. You’ll see that the true cardiovascular benefits of training come through the resistance and progressive effort of functional training. Now, I’m not saying you can’t go for a run or bike ride as usual, but I’m saying that when you’re in the middle of a strength training session, that session should also be structured to have a conditioning aspect to it at the same time. weather.

For you to be able to do this, you have to be very innovative and open-minded about your training. Kettlebells, sandbags, bobsleds, and resisted sprints are concrete examples of cardio strength training. Too many times I’ve seen people go to gyms and fall more in love with the equipment when all the time it’s the training that gets the results. It has been my experience that about 95% of the majority of the population have no idea how to train their bodies to get the results they most want and how to do it while avoiding injury.

Part of training is literally “training your body” to be able to perform a movement first and then the intensity progression can be varied depending on the individual’s performance level. You have to have good strength to have good cardio and you have to have good cardiovascular conditioning to have good strength. The two are not independent variables and are closely linked.
