Make the belly fat disappear! 4 Proven Tips to Lose Fat Faster (and Without Pills or Fad Diets!)

Pills, fad diets and more. I tried them all to make my belly fat disappear… and nothing worked! Of course, I find out later that the things I was doing don’t work effectively… nor is it natural. The good news is that I FINALLY learned what it takes to lose belly fat (and total body fat)…and that’s what I wanted to share with you today.

Here are 4 proven tips I learned that will help you get rid of stubborn fat fast… but also 100% naturally!

1. Eat the right kind of carbs. The carbohydrates that I recommend avoiding are simple carbohydrates. The carbohydrates that I recommend you include in your diet are those with a low glycemic index (such as fiber).

2. Fruit is good to eat, BUT… I recommend that you reserve eating fruit first thing in the morning instead of eating it at any time of the day. The reason is because although fruits are healthy for you, many of them still have a large amount of sugar in them. By reserving only fruit for the morning slot, you’ll not only give yourself energy to start the day, but you’ll also avoid problems with your blood sugar (which is one of the things that triggers cravings).

3. Include calcium in your diet. Many people assume that all you need to lose weight and make belly fat disappear are foods high in protein, healthy fats, healthy carbohydrates, and antioxidants. Although those nutrients are SUPER important, there are other nutrients that are also very important. One of them is calcium.

Including calcium in your diet has many benefits. But when it comes to persistent fat burning, many researchers have found that eating calcium-rich foods and even calcium supplements can increase your body’s ability to burn fat. This obviously refers to dairy products (which, by the way, get such a bad rap when it comes to dieting). However, if you are going to eat dairy, it is vital that you consume it in moderation and I recommend that you choose the healthiest versions. If you are lactose intolerant, I recommend taking a calcium supplement.

4. RESULTS! That word is the one word that you should keep in mind at all times during your journey to improve your body. If you want to stay motivated to improve your body, the main source of motivation is to see and feel the results. Don’t worry about anything else… just focus on getting ANY level of results. This could be 1/2 inch from your stomach, you could lose 0.5 pounds, or it could be 3 inches from your waist and lose 5 pounds. It doesn’t matter… just focus on getting some kind of results. The moment you do, you activate a few things in your brain…and then before you know it, you have a TON of motivation to stick with your goals and get the body you’ve always wanted (including burning off that stubborn belly fat)!

ADDITIONAL TIPS:

Activate your metabolism as soon as you wake up. Doing so will help your body burn calories throughout the day! Two things I recommend you do is a very short but super intense bodyweight circuit workout and drinking a glass of ice cold water.

Your bodyweight workout should last around 3-5 minutes and consist of doing at least 3-5 different exercises (such as running in place, push-ups, mountain climbing, or burpees, for example). Be sure to stretch too (to prevent injury and also help give you energy to start your day off strong)! Drinking ice cold water the moment you wake up triggers thermogenesis… which is your body burning calories to rapidly heat the water!
